tick tick tick.. boom??!

okay little jj, if u can hear me i want u to know that we're kinda desperate for you to come out now.

the doctor kinda dropped the bomb when we came for our check up. she suggested we opt for a c-section since little jj is getting bigger - a little to big compared to the senorita's petite frame.

we hadn't really considered that option. it was always to go natural all the way. but i guess u can't really say la. so lets just forget about the 20th. hehe. come laa. there's a bunch of stuff that i want to show u. hehe.

we went to one utama after the check up. a little bit of walking won't hurt. we went to mph to look for a malay dictionary of economic terms. tough luck. nope nada. zilch. the senorita needed to confirm some of her translated words. a bit of googling led us to this useful website which pretty much translates a bunch of english terms into malay and vice versa. so save la a few bucks from having to buy a proper dictionary eh.

sony was having their hd exhibit thingy and i was highlighting the virtues of getting a ps3 as a blueray player instead of getting an actual blueray player. for starters, the cheapest blueray player is around 3k. u can get a ps3 for half as much. and u can have the clarity of picture with any blueray disc with ur ps3. couple that with a hd lcd tv. waah. the senorita said, for starters, i don't need a blueray player and nope ur not getting a ps3. but she didn't actually say that la but that was what she meant. heh. not like i want to get one pon. hehe. nope i don't even want to play the best game ever in MGS4. nope. nope. nope. heh.

we picked up the little munchkin from his extra classes and had lunch at restoran subang. instead of her usual 2 chapati with sardine, its just the 1. we need to be more disciplined. earlier in the pregnancy the doctor said that i should just give whatever the senorita wanted to eat. now dah tak boleh la kan. while it is good that the baby is growing big and all, but i much rather she grows bigger outside la kan. dengar tak little jj?? meh jom keluar meh..

the waiting can be very frustrating. and i'm not the one carrying then heavy burden. although u couldn't tell by looking la kan since from some angles i do look like i'm a few months along already. but i do feel for the senorita. the things u do for love eh. i think we men must cut our wives a whole lotta slack just for this deed alone. i mean u can say what u want about sacrifices that u have make but come on la. nothing is greater than this.

Brand new year, same old shit?

2017 is here. After that very eventful 2016 one can't help but hope that the new year brings about more positive things. It doesn't look all that good though.
Will we get an election this year? I'd seriously consider it if I was the pm. I mean yes he has go a lot going for him but what he doesn't have at the moment is a credible United opposition to give him a run for his money. So yeah. Calling for an early election may be something that can be to his favour.
Will stupid acts by stupid people stop making then famous? Nope. Early on we saw a bunch of kids scaling the IPOH sign for shits and giggles. Posted everything on social media. Last I heard they've already come in to give statements to the fuzz. So the moral of the story is if you wanna do stupid things don't blab on social media with your smiling mug there for everyone to see.
Pump prices are up. No point complaining anymore since the price mechanism is partially public so we can pretty much guess th…

What's in it for me.

Looking at how the campaign for the Sarawak state election is going you would think that is a matter of who can promise the most who would probably win it. Difference being one party boasts a track record and the other one, well depends on which other one that is doesn't.
I especially love it how these promises are all presented as conditional upon winning the election. Doesn't reek of bribery at all eh? Not buying votes. Yeah right.
You would think that given how Selangor and Penang are run, they would want to see it emulated in Sarawak? I guess loyalty goes a long way over there.
As it is there are a couple of outstanding issues that Sarawak can use as a bargaining chip in trying to force the federal government to start giving them more.
Oil royalties, more federal projects etc. and what better way to do it than to vote for the opposition?
If the opposition wins, then Sarawakians can send a message to the federal gov't that hey if you don't give us what we want than t…
