Blah di blah..

I'm in the mood to write about relationships. Why you might ask? Well i guess you can pretty much blame it on too much sex. Well sex in the city la at least. The senorita borrowed seasons 1, 2 and 3 from her best friend and we started to watch it together. Well this was mainly because she never did had time to watch it before. I never found it interesting enough to watch before.

Well i remembered watching a few episodes at eju's but that's pretty much it. I'm sure everyone who have watched it can probably relate to the relationship issues brought up in one way or the other.

Anyways it got me thinking. I feel that my life has finally settled at a place where things are great. I have a wonderful (sexy, gorgeous, all the superlatives u can come up with) wife, a kid whom i adore and things are just great. The past is the past and i'm thankful for everything.

I guess you could say that i'm lucky. The things that fell into place bringing me to this moment. So u start to wonder about what others are facing at the moment. People going through their lives oblivious of whether or not the choices that they make today would land them into a state of life that they won't even know they'd be in. Sheesh what the fuck does that mean?

Heck if i'd knew la kan.

I was privy to some interesting information regarding some people that i knew. Friends, acquaintances heck even some i don't actually know that well. They're pretty much going through different stages of the whole relationship thing. The ones who are single are looking for their mr/ms right. The ones who are married are finding it tough to stay married. A close friend plak tengah causing some confusion amongst his best friends with his whole macam bujang actions. Some random dude was entering into marriage without really closing the book on his previous one. A lot of some pretty nasty shit is being bandied around in the open. Well not necessary la in the open.

What does one do with all this information? What can you do? I have this strong urge to give every one my two cents about everything. But you wonder la. Maybe it's best to let people live their own lives. Let them experience things, make mistakes, discover the whole thing and maybe learn from it. Does that make you care for them less? How do you make that call, to intervene or not. Especially when they're not asking for any help or advice from anyone. And what makes you think that you're the one to give it to them.

Maybe you can just hope for the best and let nature run its course.

Entah la..

Brand new year, same old shit?

2017 is here. After that very eventful 2016 one can't help but hope that the new year brings about more positive things. It doesn't look all that good though.
Will we get an election this year? I'd seriously consider it if I was the pm. I mean yes he has go a lot going for him but what he doesn't have at the moment is a credible United opposition to give him a run for his money. So yeah. Calling for an early election may be something that can be to his favour.
Will stupid acts by stupid people stop making then famous? Nope. Early on we saw a bunch of kids scaling the IPOH sign for shits and giggles. Posted everything on social media. Last I heard they've already come in to give statements to the fuzz. So the moral of the story is if you wanna do stupid things don't blab on social media with your smiling mug there for everyone to see.
Pump prices are up. No point complaining anymore since the price mechanism is partially public so we can pretty much guess th…

What's in it for me.

Looking at how the campaign for the Sarawak state election is going you would think that is a matter of who can promise the most who would probably win it. Difference being one party boasts a track record and the other one, well depends on which other one that is doesn't.
I especially love it how these promises are all presented as conditional upon winning the election. Doesn't reek of bribery at all eh? Not buying votes. Yeah right.
You would think that given how Selangor and Penang are run, they would want to see it emulated in Sarawak? I guess loyalty goes a long way over there.
As it is there are a couple of outstanding issues that Sarawak can use as a bargaining chip in trying to force the federal government to start giving them more.
Oil royalties, more federal projects etc. and what better way to do it than to vote for the opposition?
If the opposition wins, then Sarawakians can send a message to the federal gov't that hey if you don't give us what we want than t…
